It's the holidays so why not enjoy it with a little experiment on jaanix; I'm going to drink at least one new bottle of Spanish wine a week till the end of January. Then I'll post up the experts opinion, then my own opinion, where to buy it and hell I'll even go as far as posting what I was eating when I drank the wine. In one of my previous postings I have been raving about a killer wine from Castilla y Leon called Tinto Pesquera , vintage 2004. So far I have bought almost a case of this and have had the pleasure of enjoying it with a few friends over the past few weeks. All have really enjoyed the wine, some have even gone out and bought it for their own cellars. Since I just made this decsion I need to get shopping and find something good to drink for this week.
